Celebrating 15 fabulous years of Arins Property Services!

It’s hard to believe that we’re celebrating 15 years of Arins Property Services, but we are! When we founded Arins Property Services in 2009, we were working from a small, single serviced office. We now operate from four thriving offices situated in Lower Earley, Shinfield, Tilehurst and Winnersh, covering Reading, Wokingham and beyond!

Having had successful careers working at management level for both corporate and independent estate agencies, gaining a wealth of experience in establishing themselves as the ‘go-to’ local property experts, Richard and Alan decided to start their own business, Arins Property Services, in 2009. Despite having launched in one of the worst recessions the country has ever seen, their dedication, hard work and valuable knowledge enabled them to grow the business from humble beginnings based in a small, single serviced office. Within 12 months of inception, Richard and Alan opened their first high street office in Lower Earley in 2010. They then established a now highly successful Lettings and Property Management division in 2011, which was followed in 2016 with the opening of their second high street office, in Tilehurst. As part of continued, ambitious expansion plans, Alan and Richard decided to open a Head Office in Winnersh in 2022, and more recently, they acquired their fourth office, a prominent high street premises situated in Shinfield.

Today, Richard and Alan are based at the Winnersh head office, where they provide ongoing staff training and development programmes for their staff, as well as ensuring the latest technologies are sourced and implemented in response to an ever-changing industry, ensuring Arins continue to provide their clients with a fresh and modern, first-class service offering.
