Richard co-founded Arins Property Services in 2009 having worked for a successful independent local estate agent for many years. He then headed up the opening of the Tilehurst office in 2016 and helped re-establish our successful lettings department in 2020. Richard is based at our Winnersh head office, where his focus is on providing staff training and sourcing the latest technology to ensure customers receive a first-class service offering.

Chrissie joined Arins Property Services in 2024 having previously worked in the property industry for several years for a local competitor, predominately in the role of sales progression.

She brings a wealth of experience to her new role in transaction support, dealing with the home moving process from offer acceptance through to completion of the sale. Chrissie’s friendly, calming, yet professional approach and expertise in this field enable her to guide buyers and sellers alike, through the minefield that is the legal process, ensuring customers benefit from a smooth, hassle-free move.

Some fun facts about Chrissie...

My favourite film is Jurrassic Park and the whole franchise – absolutely love dinosaurs weirdly. I think if a T Rex were to stroll into town, I’d know what to do ha-ha!!

Guilty pleasure (that I’m not guilty about in the slightest!) Anyone who knows me knows I’ve been a massive fan of pop group Bros since I was 13 – still a Brossette now at 48! Have met Matt & Luke Goss loads and they’re genuinely nice guys.

Favourite country visited is Kenya – seeing the animals in their natural habitat was amazing and an experience I’ll never forget.

One of the things on my bucket list would be to travel again to Africa and take my two sons on safari, to experience what my husband & I did.

If Harry had a superpower, it would be... teleportation so I could go anywhere, anytime!
