Homeowners waiting more than a decade to move!

The average time people have lived in their homes when they come to sell has crept up by more than a year and a half to 11 years, since the pandemic.

The research from estate agency data firm Spectre says that many homeowners have been considering a move for some time but needed help and guidance to get a move underway.

According to lender Nationwide, average house prices have risen by almost £50,000 in just two years so many homeowners could be sitting on a fair amount of equity if they are considering a move now.
