arins property services is an independent company which understands the importance of providing a personal and professional service to both vendors and purchasers alike.

The experienced team live in the Reading area and have a combined experience of 30 years in the property industry. The Directors of the business employ a ‘hands on’ approach to the day to day running of the company, thus ensuring their customers receive expert advice from courteous, friendly staff who have a sound local knowledge of the Reading area.

Alan Field (Director)

Alans career in estate agency began in Reading in 1989 and since then has gained an extensive knowledge of the property industry. Born and bred in Reading, Alan is ideally placed to provide a comprehensive service to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property within the area. Having worked at management level  for a number of years for a local respected firm, Alan has established a reputation for helping people move home in and around Reading.

In his spare time, Alan enjoys spending quality time with his family and is a keen supporter of Reading Football Club.

Richard Broomes (Director)

Richard has been in the estate agency business for over 10 years and has managed offices for both a large national corporate property services company and a successful independent estate agency based in the local area. Having grown up and lived in Reading all his life, Richard has a sound knowledge of the area and is therefore able to offer useful advice on local services, including information on school catchment areas and local transport links.

For relaxation when he is not working, Richard spends precious time with his partner and son. He also enjoys a round or two of golf and is a keen cricket enthusiast.
